Our Story
A Family Tradition
Our story begins in Oppido Mamertina, Calabria. In 1939, Benedetto and Grazia Blefari made the journey from Italy to Australia, bringing four generations of family recipes with them — recipes we still cook by today in the heart of Springwood.
Every pizza, panini and pastry that leaves our kitchen carries that legacy: fresh ingredients, traditional Calabrese methods, and a pizzaiolo’s 25+ years of craft, shared with our Blue Mountains neighbours every day.
