Our story begins in Oppido Mamertina, a small town in Reggio Calabria, where our ancestors cultivated recipes that were passed down through generations.
It was the year 1939 that Benedetto and Grazia Blefari made the bold journey from Italy to Australia, bringing with them not only dreams of a new life but also the cherished Calabrese culture that has been at the heart of our family for centuries.
Today, we continue to honour that legacy at Benedetto's, where every dish is crafted with love and care, staying true to the flavours of our homeland.

With over 25 years of experience as a chef and a specialised Pizzaiolo, I've learned that great food starts with simple, fresh ingredients and recipes that have stood the test of time.
